Create Your SendKite Account

Sign up for SendKite using your email or Google account. It takes less than 30 seconds and no credit card is required to get started.

Connect Your Klaviyo Account

Use our secure OAuth connection to link your Klaviyo account. This gives SendKite permission to import your subscriber lists while keeping your data safe.

  • Go to Settings → Integrations in SendKite
  • Click "Connect Klaviyo with OAuth"
  • Authorize SendKite in the Klaviyo popup window
  • You'll be redirected back to SendKite automatically

Note: SendKite only requests read-only access to your lists and profiles. We never modify your Klaviyo data.

Import Your Subscribers

Choose which Klaviyo lists to import into SendKite. Your subscribers' names, email addresses, and subscription status will be synced automatically.

  • After connecting, you'll see all your Klaviyo lists
  • Click "Import Contacts" to sync subscribers
  • Import takes 30-60 seconds for most lists
  • View imported contacts in the Contacts section

Common Questions

Can I import multiple Klaviyo lists?

Yes! You can import as many lists as you need. All imported contacts will be available when sending campaigns.

Will SendKite modify my Klaviyo data?

No. SendKite only has read-only access to your Klaviyo account. We import subscriber information but never change or delete anything in Klaviyo.

How often does SendKite sync with Klaviyo?

You can manually re-import anytime to get the latest subscriber data. Automatic syncing is coming soon for Pro users.

What happens if I disconnect Klaviyo?

Your imported contacts remain in SendKite, but you won't be able to re-sync or import new lists until you reconnect.
